•  We work with courier companies Speedy and Econt, but we may send with your preferred courier at your expense.
• Payment can be on receipt or in advance.
• We always issue invoices.

Where can I pick up my order?

• It can be delivered to your home address or collected from the courier's office.
• You need to specify your address or the address of the courier in the request.

 In what time frame is the order fulfilled?

• We strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible - from 1 to 4 working days.
• If by chance some of the products you ordered are not in stock at the moment, we will notify you of applications from your email and phone.

 Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?

• You can receive your order from our Sofia office during the working hours announced on the website.
• It is advisable to call in advance.
